Protecting your Skin in the Summer with the Foxcroft UPF Shirt

Good morning friends and happy Friday! I hope everyone enjoyed their July 4th holiday and are still taking advantage of this long weekend.  We cooked out, went for a walk and watched the fireworks before calling it a day.  It was a hot one, but that’s kind of expected in July, right?  The hottest summer days are upon us, but I still love time outdoors.  As much as I love the sunshine, I don’t love the damage it does to my skin.

Sun-worshiper turned Skin-protector

I am a long time sun worshiper.  I baked in the sun with baby oil on a reflective blanket, tanned in tanning beds, and rarely wore sunscreen in my younger days.  But now that I know how the sun can damage my skin, I take much better care to protect it from the sun’s harmful rays.  I have been wearing this Reese wrinkle-free UPF shirt from FoxcroftCollection.com for outings when the sun is blistering hot.  It is so lightweight, cooling to the skin and protects it from the sun’s harmful UV rays.  It’s relaxed, has a little stretch for comfort and has wicking fabric to keep you feeling dry.   This button-front top is certified UPF 50+ and has tabs to roll the sleeves up.  It’s great to layer over or just wear alone, and this color is one of my favorites.

It comes in other colors, and it’s great with jeans (I love it with white denim) or with shorts.  Head over to FoxcroftCollection.com to shop site-wide with code FOXMIX for 20% off. For a light-weight summer layer, this shirt is perfect.  It’s stylish, comfortable, and will keep you cool, no matter the temperature.  Also, if you don’t like the feel of sunscreen on your skin, wearing this shirt will protect you from the sun, without a greasy residue.

Have a happy weekend and thanks for stopping by.
